what graphics card?

Can you please advise me to what card I need. I have a HP Compaq dx2420 microtower, unsure about any of the specs,2 operating systems,2-500gb hard drives,Windows 7 ultimate,Windows XP Prof, dual booting option. Thanks Dave. I have had trouble logging in,kept loosing passwords sent me.
