I have just built a new computer for the first time, it consists of a AMD Athlon 1800xp on a Soltec Motherboard when I first booted I entered a setting in the BIOS for CPU temperature which must have too low and the computer keeps sutting down, so I reset the CMOS now computer will not boot at all. Have I blown the power supply? or is the motherboard just not letting the power supply power it, or have I damaged the motherboard? Any sugestions to bsgee@lineone.net :oops:

When you reset the CMOS how did you do it? If it was by moving a jumper did you remember to put it back to it's original posttion.
