DVD-RW

For over a day now my DVD-RW have stopped burnning to to DVD's.
It seem to burn Cd's ok, but I get one of two errors when I put a blank DVD in the drive "non Compatible media" or "No disk in drive".
Not sure of the make of the drive, but it was fitted with standard apati drivers.
