ADi 5P 17" monitor

My monitor has developed a fault and now will only operate at 800 x 600 @ 60Hz max. This model uses a relay to switch voltages and I wonder whether this may be the problem or whether it lies within the switch mode power supply. Has anyone any ideas about this. Is a circuit diagram / technical manual available?
