That file is part of Windows DMI, (Desktop Management Interface) and is usually installed with something else such as network drivers. It could also be part of some other desktop management software such as Compaq's Insight Manager or Intel Landesk, do you have something like that installed on your system?

I had a look on D-Links website, they make your network card, and came accross the following :-

I would guess that some DMI interface software was installed as part of the LAN drivers, have a look in add/remove programs for any D-Link software if it is any there try uninstalling it.
