cant open link pages in oe6

I am running xp home I am having bother opening link pages first it srated mostly in outlook but is now effecting all mail servers. Can anyone help?

Uhm I'm not quite sure what you mean do you mean that clicking on a link inside an email doesn't work?

yes that is right.
Running Norton one button and other services in norton works it says that it is not seeing Actvex files they are showing up doing search and are enabled in security.
Running the Cleaner programe it says c://pagefile.sys cant be found.

I though it might be haptime but remover kit shows it is not on machine tried other removers eg klas or whatever along with other remover systems no luck
I have tried the regsvr32 mon.dll and others that have been suggested.

Maybe it is something simpler lol it started happening in outlook express but now effects all mail servers
