Color on monitor incorrect & can't adjust screen resolut

No, I don't know what video card is in there.
It's a very hard card to get to.
Is there an easier way to find out than taking it all apart?

It uses an SiS chipset with on-board video, the drivers are available here although you'll need to fill in some details :-

http://download.sis.com/sisdlc/driver_select.jsp

Select SiS5598 in the Product list, Win98SE in the OS System list and leave the top two as please select. On the next page the driver you want is the last one, listed as Graphics > Integration Chipsets, Product: SiS5598

I went to the download site and filled in the first page as you explained.

But then it wouldn't allow me to continue to the next page.

I switched over to Explorer 6.0 (from Netscape 4.79) and it's downloading.

It says it's going to take 55 minutes which I find unusual because I'm on broadband cable???
But what the heck, if it works that's all I ask for.

I'll let you know if it corrects the problem.
