have a circa 2000 think pad laptop, now sound not workin, "CrystalFusion(tm). This Device is not working because windows cannot load the drivers for this device? Any comments, does this explain why I cannot now use the speakers. Sorry forgot toe mention that this is currently on a Think Pad mini docking station. Do this affect this. Regards Dave

Have you checked your using the latest drivers as per IBM's website?
