recently I moved, when I plugged pc up, now scanner does not work, gives msg, scanner not connected, check the cable....help..... downloaded the supposedly correct driver, but can't install it....help

Have you tried plugging it into a different USB port?

Do you have any other USB devices and do they work Ok?
