Ok go to the Tools menu, Internet options, Connection, LAN settings, make sure the top two boxes are un-ticked, tick the third box i.e Use a proxy server for you LAN, in the two boxes underneath enter webcache.bt.net in the left one and 8080 in the right. Click on Ok till you back at the browser screen then try accesssing a site you've been having problems with. Does this make things any better?
