Ports 8080, 8087, & 8088

I am building a website using iPower / vdeck. IPower says I must have the above ports open for the vdeck control panel to open and for email from their servers. I am running Norton Internet Security which I need to alter for the ports to be opened. Can you help?

I don't have Norton Internet Security running here anymore but from what I remember there's a section listing the firewall rules, you should be able to add new rules specifying those ports as open for all addresses.
