windows 10 pro

Update Windows 7 pro to windows 10 pro but suddenly now refuses to start, blue window,spinning dots then just the screen give the date,day on the screen saver windows then just freezes up,the mouse is recognised but not the keyboard and because windows 10 was downloaded from microsoft have no installation disc then after a few mouse click a message appears "No connections are available" The screen after several minutes then shows Check signal cable, all the conmnections are secure, Anyone ideas
