binkw32.dll problem

Hey,

I just installed a game called ManHunt and when i start it up an error message shows up, it says
"This application has failed to start because binkw32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."
I tried re-installing it but the same message shows up
Can I get some help with this?

That file is part of the Bink video codecs, here's their video tools which should include that file

I don't know what to do next. I installed the thing, but now what do I
do?

Does the error still come up when you try and run the game?

No but when I start the game up, it has the launch pad to play the game. I click on the play button and everything goes black for a second then it goes white. Then in the middle of the screen it says " the program is not responding." Send Error Report...Don't Send. and then it exits out of it.
