Need Drivers for Mentor V.92 modem on XP

Hi

I am trying to install a Mentor V.92 56k Fax Modem with intel chipset onto my computer (winXp).

Basically i can't install the drivers. I have tried to install using every single driver on the disc supplied but none work.

Can anyone tell me which driver it is, or where to download one of the net?
