Origo USB external modem - drivers please!

Hi, please can anyone help? I built a computer for my husband and the internet keeps dropping out. I checked the Sys Info and it says the modem has no drivers loaded. So, I am thinking this could be the problem...?
Any clues on where to find said drivers would be gratefully received.
