dvd-rom - require driver

I upgraded my computer and when i went to reload my dvd - rom software which is "Cinemaster software dvd version 1.5.00.1052/0.9.06.1311" the message comes up "You are not authorised to install this software (0)". The software came with the toshiba dvd-rom when I originally bought the computer from Gateway.

Hope you can help. The kids are driving me mad :!:

Probably something Cinemaster/Gateway have done to prevent it being installed on a non Gateway PC. The upgrade has obviously knocked out whatever it used to verify it is a Gateway PC.

Download the free trial copy of PowerDVD and see if that works Ok.
