problems with my CD-RW LG GCE 8320B IDE DRIVER not found

Opening my PC after e few seconds the system looks for the IDE driver of my CD-RW LG 8320B and more or less, one time in ten times, it find it (and all is OK). For the rest 9 times the CD-RW does not work. Who can help me in solving this?

Starting myPC after a few second the system require the ASPI file af my CD-RW of my LG GCE 8320B (32x10x40). One time in 20 time the system find it and all is OK; the other 19 times nothing to do. Who can suggest a way to solve my problem?

Try installing Adaptec's ASPI layer, it's on their site www.adaptec.com under the download section.
