MY MOTHER BOARD INTEL810, I WANT SOUNDMAX DRIVER TO INSTALL . SINCE THE AUDIO IS NOT THERE

your motherboard is not a intel 810 thats the main chipset on the board.
please download everest from this link.
www.davesdrivers.com/everest
install and run that program
with it open click motherboard in the left hand list then motherboard again in the large box.
post back with what everest tells you along with what windows your running.
and please do not use caps lock it makes your post hard to read.
