driver opticpro 1236p for xp where driver twain equivalent

I recently upgraded from Win 98 2nd Ed to "xp' . I have a "opticpro1236p" plustek scanner that will not install now with the Twain driver I have (Ver 2.1). Can I get a driver that will work for me?

Well the following statement on Plustek's site say's that due to it's age they wont be releasing Windows XP drivers for that scanner :(
