Looking for TWAIN flatbed scanner. Please read this. o:

Hey
Well the thing is, I'm 16. I am quite terrible(!!) with computers. Well, my mums boyfriend lives in england, im in scotland, he installed win XP into my computer a while back. Anyway. Now my scanner won't work and when i connect it with the USB thing, it says... "USB device not recognized. One of the USB devices connected has malfunctioned..."
Anyway, I can't find the scanner driver, and now this! Listen, I depend on my scanner, I draw constantly and upload my art! HEY, if anyone can help me run my scanner again, I'll draw you a pictureee! <3
I used to have Win 98.

It's a Tiny one. I saw a diffirent Tiny forum and followed the link that was posted, downloaded the thing. It looks right but none of the .exe files will run... Yeah. It's a tiny one. How do i check what model it is? :cry:

Should be a sticker on the bottom with a model number on it
