Can anyone help?

I downloaded a driver for a Primax Colorado Direct 9600 scanner and it seemed to install fine but all I have is just the help file even though it definitely was downloading far more than that given the amount of time it took. If I recall, it should have installed 'Taskbridge' which I can then click on to use the scanner but it is not there at all!

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? ANy help would be very much appreciated.

Normally when you download scanner drivers from the web it literaly is just the driver and not all the associtated software. If you go into a graphics program like Photo Paint of Photoshop you should be able to use it as a TWAIN 32 source. If you need all the other software then you'll have to ask the manufacturer for a CD
