I doubt such a thing exists, the idea of a TWAIN driver is that the software writers don't have to worry about which particular scanner is being used, they just write it to be TWAIN compliant, likewise the people writing the driver just need to make sure their driver is TWAIN compliant and it will work with any software. The TWAIN part will be the same for all scanners but the driver which translates the instruction into/from TWAIN has to written for that specific scanner.
