digital camera problem

hi i have just bought a second hand camera a samsung digimax50duo, for some reason the drivers on the camera are not working properly when i go to down looad the prints it keeps coming up as illegal operation. i have tried all sorts to get it to work but to no avail. i have contacted the people that sold it they said it was working ok when they sent it. as anybody got the drivers for this camera i was thinking maybe the disc with the info could be at fault.

hi i was wondering if it was possible if you could send the file for my digimax 5o duo by samsung , in anther way as the file you sent me would not be excepted through paint . the info just comes out blank.
