Receive Code : 2 R/W Test scanner failure

I am trying to download pics from a DSCPro (Earthlink freebee) from MGI Photo Suite. I get the failure notice and after clicking ok, get a "Unable to locate Twain source." Have done it before, but computer crashed and lost a lot of stuff. I can't locate my Twain software to reload and try it.....
Trying to download photo album using MGI Photosuite off DSC Pr camera and get a R/W failure Code 2 error What is wrong?

Have you tried re-installing the driver for the camer?
