kaspersky anti-virus

can anyone explain i/o errors in more detail with particular emphasis on kaspersky anti virus control centre ,no other finds when it scans system each day.

Yeah those two shouldn't be having problems with each other. Try uninstalling the program then reinstall it, if you can, and see if that solves your problem.

kasperskey anti virus control reports about 20 i/o errors after its daily scan no other items are reported ,on the always running scan no reports , if i load the anti hack programme i cant get onto the internet .it is drivin me mad please help

I got two discs Kaspersky anti virus and Kaspersky anti-hacker ,the anti-hacker disc says premier protection against virus,hackers and spam ,so well protected i cant use the internet if i load it.

For a personal firewall I'd recommend Zone Alarm, it's free for personal use
