simplex scanner DP30M by compeye. need WIN XP driver(s)

I recently aquired 'THE SIMPLEX SCANNER DP30M made by COMPEYE.
my problems are that 1st the scanner pre-dates my computer by a few years, and i'm having no luck w/finding or downloading driver(s) on the net.
2nd, obviously the previous owner didnt feel i needed the supplied install disk.
can any one e-mail me the proper driver(s) or send me the name of a website were i can download it.
here's the catch...as i said my computer is far newer than the scanner, so i will need driver(s) 4 WINDOWS XP HOME EDITION.

The most recent driver I can find is for Windows 98
