O`rite vc-3240 digital camera

Each time i try to connect this camera to my computer via usb cable computer says your camera was not found .Is this a rubbish camera or am i doing something wrong.Help please

i`ve had to take the card to photo shop for printing any help please

Do you have any other USB devices and are they working OK?

If it uses Compact Flash, Memory Stick or some other type of flash media it might be worth investing in a card reader and using that

It's possible you've got a faulty cable

Is there a friends PC you could try it on?

i can discount the faulty cable option as i have managed to get the video function to come up on the computer and record a short clip via the camera ,still cannot get the still photo function to be recognised ,you camera has not been found is still the message i get each time ,going on holiday now with the old camera ,film (from pound land) and (processing for Â£1 from pound land) seems like i shall have to go back in time to equate my photographic aspirations with equipment that i can use .
