Need ur help - lost NEC ND-1100A 4X DVD+R/RW driver after UG

Please anyone help me on this one would be much appreciated. I have a compaq presario s5080 pc. After using recovery disk i dont have the driver for NEC ND-1100A 4X DVD+R/RW. The drive is instead listed as HP DVD writer 300n. Hence I cannot view dvds or burn dvds. HELP - thanks. If you wish to reply direct my email is pls34 at hotmail dot com.
