Help! Please I need to know how to install this videocard

okay here is the story. i purchased the game "Grand Theft Auto III" and it said that i needed more video memory, so i needed to get a video card with more memory right? so I heard that a GeForce4 was a good card. so I purchased a Geforce 4 mx on Ebay. so it arrives at my house and i'm trying to put it in my computer but it doesn't fit in any of the PCI slots and there doesn't seem to be any place where it fits. should i buy a new one if so what kind, if not how do I install this card, what do I do? I know nothing about installing or replacing hardware/components in my computer. any advice would be greatly apreciated...

It sounds like an AGP card, is there not a slot next to the PCI ones, usually brown, which is further back then the others?

Where did the old video card plug in, was it PCI or is it on-board.

Do you know any more details about your PC i.e. make, model, processor, memory etc.?

I have a Micron Millennia computer. I do believe it is onboard i think its a nVIDIA-Riva 128, the processor I am running is a Intel Celeron, the reason i think that it's onboard is because there is no visual card in a pci slot. there is two open PCI slots. any more info. PLeASE.

Doesn't sound like your PC has an AGP slot in which to put your new card. You have two choices either get a PCI video card or replace the motherboard with one which has an AGP slot.
