i installed xp again on my my comp and lost my drivers to my sound card again. so i went to the link that is above to d/l it and i installed it but nothing. so i pulled out the sound card cleaned it and i still have the same problem.
What else can it be?

i think that driver taz pointed you to is a patch but you must have the soundblaster driver installed first for it to work.
now lucky you i uploaded that sound blaster live 5.1 driver to my own site a while back for someone with the same problem its a direct rip from the install disk so should work for you.
