'PRINT-to-FILE' - in Windows - 'Add Printer' I used to Install, a Generic plain text Print Driver, so I could save a text file from any application without needing an actual printer. Annoyingly it never appended a .txt extension to make viewing easy. I would like to 'Add' a more sophisticated driver to allow Rich Text and small graphics so when for example browsing Internet 'News' Pages that only offer a 'Print' function, (not the 'printer friendly format' option, which allows 'Save As' directly) I could 'Print to File'.
Do you know where I can find a freeware Print Driver (paperless) to save browsed files to disk, preferably with options of RTF, PDF, DOC ?
In many situations, when travelling and I have no printer, or even at home, I do not want a paper copy of large internet documents, only a saved version on disk. Thankyou in advance
