Does anyone know why uninstalling Kaskperski Internet protection has caused my computer to stop responding, previously had the windows hard disc check running,now all I can get is this program to run,confirm disk ok then unable to get any further.Even in safe mode the same thing happens. Even tried to using Windows XP Proff. disc to recover but will not even run. The problem with the kaspecki system was that it was showing "black list is corrupted,either repair-which I tried,or re-instal which is what I did.Another computer O/p Windows 7 ultimate Kasperski again,a 2010 program, even tried to send me on dubious ebay site.since unistalling this and re-installing a free PC Tools anti-virus/firewall is is now working properly-I won`t be using Kaspersky again.

Might be worth checking on Kaspersky's own forum to see if anyone else has had this problem.
