Missing DLL Files?

Oh dear! This is the very question I need the answer to. I am still attending infant chool when it comes to the gubbings inside puters. Anybody help please.

Where you put it depends on the OS you are using, for Windows 95, 98 and ME copy it into the Windows\System directory, for Windows NT, 2000 and XP copy it into WinNT\System32 or Windows\System32.

I've downloaded the user32.dll file from this site but don't know how to unzip it?

You suggest it should be placed within the Windows/System file, however when doing this with UltimateZip it asks for an archive file before I can proceed.

What do I do next?
