need software disk built.

i need a very simple software disk built. it will have to be able to interface
with wen98se. i wish to be able to copy from one device, to another. i understand that win98 has this program, but mine does not. and i can't
find any already made. simple, _copy from_, _copy to_. 4 to5 different
devices.
