old ISA TV Tuner driver needed

I have an old TV Tuner with these specs.:
bus: ISA 8bit
chips: SAA5290ZP/056 (c) Philips 1994 (c) Intel1980, et al.
tuner: FI1216 Mk2
connectors: aerial cable TV
PCB: "TVONLINE BS 03601105/A"

and I can't find drivers for it, don't even know the manufacturer.
Any help or hint would be apreciated. Thanks.

Try the AverMedia drivers, go to this page then select TV Tuner/Capture from the first drop down, TV Capture (BT 848 FI12x6) from the second drop down and the OS you want them for from the last drop down.
