Hi, I recently moved home - put my pc back together and everything was fine apart from the sound. I've found that the one installed is the one above - ive downloaded from cmedia but still cant get it to work. It says on the settings thing that its installed but not activated for an unknown problem. Then on another section it says that the driver is not installed - im very confused very thick and very tempteed to put a hammer through it altogether!!!!! Help please????? :oops:

Try removing it from Device Manager, reboot the PC and see if Windows finds it Ok.

Hi
I removed it from device manager - windows said it could not locate a specific driver. Any ideas - really have no clue what to do.
