I need drivers but I don't know where to get them!!!

PLEASE HELP ME!!!! I can't get any sound out of my computer. I used to be able to. I am pretty sure I need some new drivers. I ran a driver checker and the results said I needed theese things

Multimedia Audio Controller driver

VIA Rev 5 or later USB Universal Host Controller driver

Standard Enhanced PCI to USB Host Controller driver

VIA Bus Master IDE Controller driver

NVIDIA GeForce2 MX/MX 400 (Microsoft Corporation) driver

3Com EtherLink XL 10/100 PCI TX NIC (3C905B-TX) driver.


If ANYONE KNOWS ANYTHING I can do to find theese or fix my sound another way. I would be overjoyed!!
