Have problem with my PCI multiport serial Controller help!

Hello all,

My PCI multiport serial controller have a question mark on it in device manager . When i first i tryed to install it from cd it was saying "the logo test didnt pass" something like that and i dont know how to get this controller working i tryed alot methods but it didnt work ....help plz tell me how to make it work .....
