HLDS GCC-4320B CD-RW/DVD not reading my dvds

My HLDS GCC-4320B CD-RW/DVD has started to not read my DVD's only normal cd's.

Im using a Packard Bell I MEDIA 5054 i have install the Device Firmware 1.03 update but it still refuses to read my DVD's.

The only DVD it as read was a DVD lens cleaner that i insert into the player around 15 mins ago but when i opened up PowerDVD it wouldn't play it and then i ejected the dvd player and re inserted it and it didn't read the dvd the second time around?

Help or advice will be welcomed.

Sounds like you need a new drive
