Samsung CDRW/DVD driver

Hi. I have a year old Emachine (they are now bankrupt!). My CDRW/DVDR has stopped working. I tried deleting then "add new hardware" but it still does not work. How do I find the drivers or generic drivers for it? It is a SM 348B
