Driver for Optex Digital Camera

Hi Guys,

Can someone PLEASE help me with a USB driver for my Optex OP-8365
digital camera. I cant find one any where!! Its so frustrating.

The camera came with a CD containing the driver but it doesnt seem to be completing the installation. It gets up to about 17% then stops. It tells me its installed the drivers but when I connect the camera via the USB port, my PC tells me it cannot recognise the device???

I just want to download some photos onto my PC. If anyone nows anything, PLEASE, PLEASE help. This is driving my crazy. I have searched the web for the Optex web site but cant find anything. The instruction manual doesnt tell me anything.

I can not find anything listed for this cam.

if you have the install disk try doing this.

put the cdrom in your drive but cancel any set up that may start.

now plug the cam in to the computer.
wait for the found new hardware wizard to start.
when it wants to search click browse or have disk.
then browse to your cdrom drive.
click next.
any driver on that disk windows thinks it can use it will pick and install.

if you can not do it that way you may be able to load the driver from device manager. the full way to do that can be found on my site here.
