Mouse and Joy stick work OK in the ALi PCI Device. Have remove card and tried reinstalling. does not solve problem. Also other USB device are not recognized in this card. Help!

problem with Sandisk Cruzer mini 1.0 GB Thumb Drive

Was working in a Ali PCI USB Multiple USB slot card. Now when inserted get message "USB Device Not Recognized " Green light on thumb drive comes on then goes off. PC does not know it is there. When Thumb drive is inserted in a different USB slot of another card it works fine.

is this the same pen as your other post ?
is the card usb 1.1 or usb 2
if its usb 1.1 it may not like the hardware flash memory of a usb 2 pen and refuse point blank to use it.
I have seen this before on pci to usb cards the pens work just fine on a main usb port of the motherboard but refuse to work on a card
